1.- The person in charge of the treatment of the database.
Bimetica Parametric Design Services, S.L., (hereinafter Bimetica) is responsible for the processing and collection of Personal Data on the Paraproy.com portal. It is domiciled at Villarroel Street nº 11 under 1º (C.P. 43820), Calafell, Tarragona, Spain, CIF B-65592925; Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona; Volume 42626, Document 110, Sheet 410653, Inscription 1; Contact phone +34 93-2267322 and contact email paraproy@paraproy.com; It is the rightful owner of the Paraproy © brand, the Content Database and the domain https://paraproy.com.
The data collected through the forms filled out by the User or the Client in the Portal will be incorporated into an automated file of personal data for which Bimetica is responsible. This entity will treat the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of managing the relationship with its Users or Customers to promote the activities of the company. Likewise, the data will be canceled, deleted and / or blocked when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on data protection.
By pressing the SEND button on the form or when the User or the Client expressly consents that their data may be used for the purpose of providing Paraproy services according to each registration form.
Bimetica adopts the security levels required by current legislation regarding the protection of personal data. However, the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to malicious actions by third parties.
Bimetica may use cookies during the provision of the Portal service. Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information regarding the preferences determined by a client during his visit to a certain web page. This information is recorded in small files that are stored in the computer equipment of the corresponding Client imperceptibly. Each time the Client accesses the website in question, these files are automatically activated so that the website is configured with the preferences indicated in previous visits. In short, cookies are physical files of personal information housed in the User’s or Client’s own terminal and unequivocally associated with this terminal. Cookies cannot read the cookie files created by other providers.
The User or the Client has the possibility of configuring their browser program so as to prevent the creation of cookie files or warn of the moment in which this occurs.
The Portal is accessible without the need for activating options relating to cookie files, although they may prevent the proper functioning of security mechanisms for exclusive services or certain services that require greater security. As a general rule, the purpose of the Portal cookie files is to facilitate the navigation of the User or the Client.
2.- Reasons for collection according to purpose.
2.1.-Newsletter Form
Purpose: The collection of personal data in this form pursues the purpose of sending newsletters with information on Paraproy’s services, as well as the news published in the Paraproy News Blog.
Legal basis: Respond to the legitimate interest of the user wishing to be informed. The Client or User may withdraw their consent at any time.
2.2.- Contact Form
Purpose: The collection of personal data in this form aims to answer the questions asked by the user, collection of curriculum vitae, work proposals and / or collaborations.
Legal basis: Respond to questions and comments of legitimate interest of the Client or User. The Client or User may withdraw their consent at any time.
2.3.- Registration Form
Purpose: The collection of personal data in this form pursues the purpose of providing the service of selling electronic files of spaces and construction projects, issuing invoices and mails for confirmation of sale, management, administration, provision, extension and improvement of the services provided. It also aims to inform by the sending newsletters of the latest spaces and projects published and news published in the Paraproy News Blog.
Legal basis: The data is collected to execute the contract for the provision of services for the sale of archives of spaces and construction projects. The Client or User may withdraw their consent at any time.
2.4.- News Commentary Form
Purpose: The collection of personal data in this form has the purpose so that Paraproy can get in touch to answer the questions asked by the user in the comments of the Paraproy News Blog.
Legal basis: Respond to questions and comments of the legitimate interest of the Client or User. The Client or User may withdraw their consent at any time.
3.- Time of conservation of Personal Data.
Paraproy will keep personal data;
3.1.- For the sending of Newsletters, up to 2 years after its registration, unless the user requests the deletion or deletion of data or not being notified with news.
3.2.- For the Contact form, personal data will be kept up to 1 year from the date of contact. Then the personal data will be deleted.
3.3.- For the registration form, personal data will be kept for as long as the contract for the provision of services is in force, or until the moment the user decides, through a formal and unequivocal request for Paraproy to eliminate or delete the data.
The service contract is valid for 1 year, renewable for the same period, unless one of the parties notifies the other one month in advance of the non-renewal.
3.4.- For the News Comment form, personal data will be kept up to 1 year from the date the comment was issued by the user. Then the personal data will be deleted.
4.- Right of the User or Client
The User or Client may revoke the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation of the treatment at any time by addressing the Entity Responsible for the Treatment by duly identifying and informing of the right he wishes to exercise.
5.- Sending Curriculum Vitae (CV)
If the User or the Client can send their Curriculum Vitae (CV) through the portal or the e-mail address provided for it. He/She expressly agrees that the data provided will be treated in order to participate in our personnel selection processes. Bimetica will make an analysis of the applicant’s profile in order to select the best candidate for the vacant position. In the event of any change in the data, in order to keep your data duly updated, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be deleted for confidentiality purposes. However, the Client or the User after this period may send the CV again for the processes that are in progress.
The data may be processed and / or communicated to the member companies of the BIMETICA Group during the time of conservation of their CV and for the same purposes indicated above.
6.- Right to file a claim with a Control authority
6.1.- Control Authority: The User, Consumer or Client, may at any time exercises their Right to Claim by contacting a Control Authority approved by the European Community. In the case of Spain, the competent Control Authority is the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (Web: https://www.aepd.es/index.html)
7.- Recipients
The data will not be communicated to third companies or organizations, unless required by court or in the cases provided by law.
